Opening Hours

The standard opening hours are;

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

The match-day opening hours are;

12noon - 6pm (closed during the match)

Evening matches:

9am -10pm (closed during the match)

Please note that the Superstore will be closed for stock-taking on Friday 1st February - re-opening at 9am on Monday 4th February.

Bees Superstore Helpful Guidelines

Here at the Bees Superstore we want to make it easy and care free when making your purchases direct from us.

Therefore we have put together these helpful guidelines.

Replica Kit

The Club's policy is that the replica kits have a life span of one season.

Three ways to shop

There are three easy ways to buy your official Brentford Football Club merchandise:

1) Online - please click here for our online shop 24hours a day/7days a week.

2) At the Bees Superstore - this is located next door to the Princess Royal Pub in Braemar Road.

3) By telephone on 0845 3456 442 (option 1)

Methods of payment

The Superstore accepts the following methods of payment:

Cash - Please do not send by post

Cheque - Made Payable to BRENTFORD FOOTBALL CLUB

Credit/Debit Card- Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo Visa Electron

Please note: Some Visa Electron cards can only be used in person (please check with your card provider)

Delivery services & Times

There are two ways in which orders are dispatched from the Superstore: 1^st Class Royal Mail (standard delivery) or Special Delivery (next day delivery).

The standard Royal Mail delivery is cost-effective & efficient; with 80% of our customers receiving their order next day (UK only), however it is not guaranteed.

The cost for Standard delivery is:

UK - £4.00

Europe/Eire - £6.00

Rest of the world - £10.00

For the UK items are usually delivered the next working day - however please allow 10 working days.

For Europe items are usually delivered within 7 working days - however please allow 14 working days.

For the Rest of The World it is usually delivered with 14 working days, however please allow 28 working days.

The Special Delivery is guaranteed next working day before 12 noon. Your order must be placed before 2pm. Please note that this is a UK only service.

The cost of Special delivery is £8.00.

Problems

We are fully committed to ensuring that your order arrives to you as quickly and correctly as possible.

Should there be a problem with your order please do not hesitate to contact us.

It is our aim to process & dispatch your order with 48 hours. However should you not receive your order with in 21 days of it being placed you must contact the Bees Superstore immediately.

Your order confirmation only states that we are in receipt of your order.

Declined Cards

Please ensure that you have the correct card details before submitting your order as your order confirmation only confirms that we are in receipt of your order.

All orders are processed manually.

Should we receive an order which has incorrect card details we will endeavor to try the card twice and if the card is declined by the terminal your order will be automatically cancelled.

You will then be notified in writing of the problem with your order; you will then have to re-order using via the online store or by calling 0845 3456 442 (option 1).

Please note that the Superstore cannot be held responsible for any orders which are not processed due to incorrect details being submitted by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Please ensure that you keep your original till receipts in a safe place to receive an exchange and/or refund.

All exchanges must be made within 28 days of the original date of purchase.

Refunds will only be given if the item is returned in the original condition accompanied with the till receipt.

You will be refunded by the method in which you paid (unless you paid by cheque). Items will be deemed to be at the current selling value unless accompanied by the original receipt.

If you do not have the original receipt you will be offered an exchange, or alternatively as gift voucher. Please note no monies can be given without a receipt.

If you are returning items by post, to allow us to deal with your return as quickly as possible; please ensure that you include a covering letter explaining the nature of your return and your contact details.

Shirt Printing

Please ensure that you have the correct sizes before having a shirt printed.

To avoid disappointment we would recommend that if you are unsure with the sizing that you purchase the shirt and have the printing at a later date.

We are unable to exchange and/or refund a shirt which has been printed unless it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault.

Due to hygiene reasons we will only print clean shirts. If we suspect that the shirt is dirty or worn we will refuse to print it until it has been washed.
