Bees Manager Andy Scott can confirm that both Moses Ademola and Sam Wood have agreed terms with Brentford Football Club and transfer formalities will be completed in due course.

Both players were given their first experience of Brentford hospitality at last Friday evening's Big Red Ball, which is the Club's main end of season social event, when they were introduced to the audience of 300 people including Bees fans and players.

Moses, who is 19 years old, will be joining the Club from Ryman's Division One South side Croydon Athletic for whom he scored 19 goals in the season just ended. His signing was made possible by Bees fanzine "Thorne in the Side" whose two Editors, brothers Nick & Rich Hester have agreed to fund the transfer.

21 year old Sam is a left sided player and has been almost ever present for Blue Square Conference South side Bromley since signing for them in 2005. Sam`s signing has been made possible by the financial intervention of The Brentford Lifeline Society.

Transfers such as these, which receive financial support from third parties, can prove advantageous to the Club and Andy Scott in particular as he seeks to put together a squad to challenge for honours in the season ahead.

Nick Hester of Thorne in the Side said: "We were delighted to be able to offer some financial assistance to Andy as we fully understand that the pennies turn into pounds and being able to assist him with Moses will allow him to maybe increase the squad still further."
