To All Season Ticket Holders

I would just like to take this opportunity to apologise to all current season ticket holders who, as at this present point in time, have yet to receive their season ticket renewal forms for the 2008/9 season.

The intention from the outset was that the renewal forms would be sent out and received by supporters before the end of the season, and indeed the mailing company had been provided with the artwork and literature by 21^st April.

We were subsequently informed that they had encountered a number of logistical problems which ultimately meant that the desired mail out time had to be extended beyond the agreed date.

We have this morning received further assurance from the mailing company that the mail out will be completed by this weekend.

Once again we apologise for this delay which, although beyond our control, deserved this explanation as to why they have yet to be mailed out.

May we remind supporters that in the interim, should they require to renew their season tickets prior to taking receipt of the application by post, they can do so by either completing the season ticket application that formed the centre page spread in each of the final two home programmes, or by downloading the form via the Brentford FC website here Season Tickets
